The Conquest Mentor Portal ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Conquest Mentor Portal website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.

Data We Collect

We collect your Google account information (name, email address) when you log in using Google OAuth. We also access your Google Calendar to create mentor session events on your behalf.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to facilitate mentor-founder sessions within the Conquest accelerator program. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data with third parties except in the following limited cases: (a) with other participants in a scheduled session, via calendar invitations sent to the mentor and the founder; (b) with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, which hosts our database and authentication services under data processing terms; and (c) where required by law. We do not transfer Google user data for advertising purposes.

How We Protect Your Data

Google user data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored encrypted at rest within Supabase. Access is protected by Row Level Security policies that restrict data to authorized users, and is limited to authenticated users and authorized administrators. We request only the minimum Google API scopes required to provide the service.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and all associated Google user data at any time by emailing f20251528@pilani.bits-pilani.ac.in, and it will be deleted within 30 days. Revoking access via myaccount.google.com/permissions stops any further access, and cached Google data is deleted.
